First you do your easy running and then your stretches. A bit of calf stretching here, reaching the toes there, a few strides and your done.

Seated Pull-Ins
(back)
Sit on the ground grasping both ends of a stretch band, with the middle under both feet. Keeping the back and legs straight, proceed to pull back as far as possible. Pause, then return to starting position.
Rear Curls
(triceps)
Stand grasping one end of a stretch band overhead in the right hand, with the other end in the left hand extended down. Proceed to curl the right arm down until bicep meets forearm. Pause, then raise to starting position. Perform a set with each arm.

Rear Leg Extensions
(glutes, hamstrings)
Stand with hands on a chair and room behind you. Proceed to raise and extend the right leg behind you, keeping the knee slightly bent. Pause, then lower and raise and extend the left leg. Perform five repetitions with each leg.
Leg Lifts
(thighs, abs)
Sit in your chair grasping sides for support, with legs extended out together. Proceed to lift legs up about 12 inches. Pause, then return to starting position. Perform five repetitions.
